
Garden Retail Services has nearly 300 partner garden centres. These garden centres make use of the purchasing advantages that GRS has to offer. We achieve this by making good agreements and building partnerships with our suppliers.
Advantage for suppliers: supply to 300 garden centres all at once
Our preferred suppliers have an adequate supplementary assortment. They are also capable of supplying all of our garden centres. We try to minimise the transport as much as possible using our cross-dock options.
Our trade fairs
Our preferred suppliers take part in our trade fairs. Every trade fair is set up based on a theme or product group.

Living Goods
The coordination of green for indoors and outdoors is categorised under GRS Groen BV. Here, we take care of purchasing and logistics through means of a web shop.
Own Import and Large-scale Purchasing
Product management also has an Own Import and Large-scale Purchasing department. Via Own Import, members can purchase products from the Far East. Large-scale Purchasing makes the offer of bulk trade possible.
Promotions
GRS supplies the garden centres with various promotional materials. The product management department develops a selection of promotional items based on the suppliers’ assortments. The promotional committee, together with our product managers, selects its choices from this selection to appear in the brochures, among other places.
All preferred suppliers will have access to the GRS intranet, where they can find current and background information.
Marketing
The Marketing department works closely with Product Management to realise new concepts and innovations. This takes place in cooperation with industry organisations and suppliers. Some examples of this would be a houseplant concept or an idea garden.
