Garden Retail Services is the largest full-service organisation for garden centres in the Benelux, with nearly 300 garden centres in the Netherlands and Belgium.
The garden centre industry is constantly in motion and there is a great deal required of the garden centre entrepreneur. A good assortment is crucial. GRS is always on the lookout for suppliers with attractive products and a good price/quality ratio.
Over the course of the years, the garden centre has become a true retail business. Professional knowledge, purchasing, promotions, routing and layout determine the success. The garden centre entrepreneur is expected to be an expert in all areas of the operational management.
It is essential to be able to fall back on a service organisation that has in-house knowledge in all these areas and more. We are such a full-service organisation.
The majority of the member garden centres are shareholders in Garden Retail Services and have joint say concerning the policies to be implemented.
And that is what we are all about. Garden Retail Services is an organisation for its members, but above all of its members!
